JK7882-SEV is the new product code of CW7882-SEV.
 
Prepare 1,000 ml of Water in a container in case the quantity of human hair to be treated is 1 Kg of hair (10 pcs of hair extensions or hair wefts weighing 100 grams each.
The proper water temperature is 40กษ (after hair is put in).
When hair is cold (20กษ, even 30กษ as well as lower than 10กษ), you can use (mix) 45 or 50กษ of water
because the hair will change the water's temperature when you put (place) the hair in the water.
The water used to condition hair with JohnKorea Haircoat (or, JK hairCoat) should have a pH of 7 (neutral water).
JK HairCoat reacts better in pure water with a pH of 8 or 9 (slightly alkaline water).
Put 3 ml of HairCoat JK7882-SEV into water (1,000 ml) for treating 1 Kg of hair.
We call this mixture '0.3% solution' or '0.3%-SEV'.
Your hair may need 1% solution (for example, 300 ml : 3 ml ) or, 1.5% solution when you treat very small amount of hair (1 wig or 1 topper in 100 gr, 200 gr.
In case you would like to use a hair sprayer (spraying method), the mixing ratio can be 500 ml : 5 ml. That is '1% solution'.
(( The mixing ratio for 'spraying method' should be more than that of 'soaking(sinking) method' or 'dipping method'. ))
Have Human hair(-pieces, wefts, wigs, toppers) dipped and squeezed for 10 seconds as shown in the video 02 and 03

i (Or you can have many Kgs of hair (or many wigs) soaked/immersed () in the solution (mixture) for 10 seconds, 10 minutes, or 10 hours) and combing the hair in (under) the solution to arrange hairs not tangled before drying work.
Or, you can apply haircoat-solution in other treatment methods such as ,.
Have the hair dried in a drying machine (80กษ for 2 ~ 3 hours in case you have removed 80% of water or
the solution from the hair by using a spin dryer (home washing machine) that spins horizontally, or more hours
until the hair become fully dried.
In case of an individual user whos has no spin dryer or no drying machine(oven),
please view the link(air drying, natural drying, etc).

Please spread (a bundle of) hair strands evenly thin on a plate when you put wet hair on the plate.
Please keep wet hair strands (specially top ends) straightened, not bent, not wavy by rubbing with a wet towel.
In case you do not have an drying oven, please hang the hair on a clothesline in warm air for more than several hours
or until fully dried, keeping hair away from dust, humidity, sunlight, wind.

In case you do not have a drying oven, please hang the fiber-pieces on a clothesline. (NOTE: The curl can become loose.)
Or pllace hair on an Aluminium tray with small holes in 5 mm diameter, 5 mm away from each other in warm air for more
than several hours or until fully dried, keeping hair out of dust, humidity, sun light, wind while being dried
 
Please have the dried hair cooled down for hours before you move from the oven, touch, comb, brush, hackle, or pack the hair.

Please do not touch (hand-rub, hackle, brush, comb) the hair when the hair is (feels) warm
after (when) you finish drying with a drying oven.
If you wash the hair which is still wet (not dried) after treatment with HairCoat solution, the effect
will be a little bit less and may not last long time.

 
Mixing Ratios in treating 1 Kg, 2 Kgs, 5 Kgs, 10 Kgs, 20 Kgs of human hair in a container
Treatment by Sinking (Immersing, Soaking some Kgs or 10 Kgs of human hair at a time for 10 seconds, 10 minutes, or 10 hours
Treatment by Dipping & Squeezing Method
for 0.5 or some Kgs, 100 gr pc x 10 pcs (10 times)
of human hair at a time, treating each pc (bundle) for 7 ~ 10 seonds

For treating 10 Kgs in the video 01, we used ( mixed) as follows;
1) Water(40กษ after hair is put in): 30 Liters (30 Kgs)
2) HairCoat(CW7882-SEV): 60 ml (60 gr)
3) Mixture Ratio: 0.2%
([ 60/30000 = 0.002 (0.2% Solution)]

If we use 50 Liters of water, we put (mix) 100 ml of a HairCoat for treating 10 Kgs or more of hair.

For treating 20 Kgs of hair with a solution
1) Water(40กษ after hair is put in): 50 or 80 Liters
2) HairCoat : 100 ml (100 gr)
3) Mixture Ratio: 0.2 ~ 0.125%
[ 100/50000 ~ 100/80000 = 0.002 ~0.00125 (0.2% solution ~ 0.125% solution)]

IN CASE OF MORE WATER, LESS MIXING RATIO OF HAIRCOAT IS TO BE MIXED.
If you want more effect, you can repeat treatment using the used haircoat solution with/without addition of haircoat.
If you want more effect, you can make & use higher percentage of haircoat solution.

For treating 1 Kg, 2 Kg, up to 5 Kgs of hair in the video 02 & 03, we mixed (used) as follows;
1) Water (40กษ after hair is put in): 5 Liters (5 Kgs)
2) HairCoat (CW7882-SEV): 25 ml (YOU CAN TRY 15 ML, OR LESS.)
3) Mixture Ratio: 0.5% [ 25/5000 = 0.005 ( 0.5% solution )]
IF YOU WANT MORE (THICKER) COATING EFFECT ( AFTER HAIR HAS BEEN DRIED), YOU CAN TREAT THE HAIR ONE MORE TIME WITH HAIRCOAT SOLUTION.
When we would treat another 5 kgs of hair after the above 5 kgs of hair, we add 15ml of CW7882-SEV to the solution used for the 1st 5 kgs.
 
The mixing ratio (always or each time) can be different according to hair's conditions (qualities, properties), what products you will make with the hair in case of raw material bulk hair, softness/silkiness amount(degree) you or your customer request(want), the amount (quantity) of hair to be treated at a time, the size of a container for putting and mixing a HairCoat and water will be mixed, treatment methods (soaking, dipping, rubbing, spraying).

You can spray the solution (mixture) on wigs, hairpieces with a sprayer, and have the treated hair dried.

Please make solution by mixing 5 ml of a haircoat and 500 ml of water to put into a sprayer.
We call this mixing ration 1% solution.

Just prepare Water (warm - 40 degrees C) in a container..
Put a HairCoat, 5ml into the water (500 ml) in the hair sprayer in the ratio of 5 : 500 (1% solution),
and stir the mixture to be mixed evenly for about 10 seconds.
Place human hair (-piece) or a wig on a metal or plastic tray, or on a styling (rubber) head, spray the solution onto the hair.
 Have the hair spin-dried with a spin dryer, and have the hair dried in a drying machine (80 degree C. for 3 hours or until thehair become fully dried, spread (a bundle of) hair strands evenly thin on a plate before putting it in a drying machine (oven). please keep (specially the root or top part of) the hair strands straightened, not bent, not wavy by rubbing with a wet towel.
Please have the dried hair cooled down for hours.
** Please do not touch (rub, hackle) the hair when the hair is (feels) warm.

1% solution:
When you use a HAIR SPRAYER for treatment of the HairCoat, please make 1% solution
( 5 ml of a HairCoat : 500 ml of Water).

We call this mixing ratio "1% solution".
You may try 1.5% solution (7.5 ml of CW7882-SEV + 500 ml of water, or 2% solution.

This mixing ratio is MUCH MORE than 0.3% solution mentioned in the Use Instructions for Treatent Method A.

(By spraying, all the ions of our hairCoat can not reach even and enough to every part of
each single strand hair, and a lot of (the ion of) Haircoat is to be wasted in the air.Therefore, a higher percentage of HairCoat must be mixed with water.)

0.3% solution: When you would treat 3 Kgs (100 gr bundle x 15 pcs), or 5 Kgs of hair at a time by DIPPING (Video 2, and 3, above),then, you can use 0.3% solution (3 ml of a HairCoat + 1,000 ml of Water).

( 1,000 ml of water is to be used in treating 1 Kg of human hair.)

0.05% solution: In our hair processing (hair-conditioning) by SOAKING/SINKING (Video 1 above,) in a large quantity,
10 Kgs, 20 Kgs of hair at a time, we use 100 grams ( or, 100 ml) of CW7881-SS2 (or, CW7882-SEV) and
50,000 ml (50 liters/50 Kgs) ~ 80 liters of water in the mixing ratio of 0.04 % solution(20/50,000) ~ 0.125 % solution (100/80,000).

Of course, the mixing ratio has functional relation with the effect you or your customer like, hair propertiese, hair's conditions, etc.

Just prepare Water (warm - 40 degrees C) in a container, and
Put a HairCoat(5ml) and water (500 ml) in the container, in the ratio of 5 : 500 (1% solution),
and stir the mixture to be mixed evenly for about 10 seconds.
Place hair extensions or wigs on a tray or a flat plate (table), dampen (wet) a cotton or sponge
with the HairCoat solution, and rub it over the hair, top to bottom.
 Have the hair spin-dried with a spin dryer to remove 80% of water ( or solution) out of the hair,
and put the hair in a drying machine (80 degree C. for 3 hours or until thehair become fully dried.

Spread (a bundle of) hair strands evenly thin on a plate before putting it in a drying machine (oven).
Please keep (specially the root or top part of) the hair strands straightened, not bent, not wavy
by rubbing with a wet towel.
Please have the dried hair cooled down for hours.
** Please do not touch ( rub, hackle) the hair when the hair is (feels) warm.
