STEP-2. Please have human hair(-pieces) treated with the mixture (solution) of our HairCoat by DIPPING if possible.
( "DIPPING" is better than "SPRAYING" in having the mixture (HairCoat solution) reach every corner of the entire hair. )

When you want to have Pre-glued (tipped) Hair ( just like our NAIL-HAIR or STICK-HAIR) treated with our CW7882-SEV & water, please do not have the pre-bonded (tipped) part (root part) treated with the mixture (HairCoat solution). Otherwise, the bonded (glued) hair can be loose, and hair can slide out.

In case of Bulk Hair to be used for Strand by Strand fusion system, Micro Ring System, please do not have the root part of hair treated with our HairCoat. Otherwise, hair may slide out from extension.

STEP-3. Please have the hair treated with our HairCoat solution dried by (with) a SPIN-DRIER ( LAUNDRY MACHINE (Home Washing Machine) just like CW466-H) which we use in the house (home) to get rid of water from cloths. You can make the spin drier with the same RPM (revolutions per minute) of a home washing machine.

CW467-V is not suitable because hair can get tangled and messed up.

DRYING AMOUNT : 70% OR 80%. ( Hair feels wet, but no water drops from the hair.)



HIGH HEAT DRYING METHOD IS TO INTRODUCE HOW TO APPLY OUR HAIRCOAT(S) IN CASE YOU CAN USE A SPIN DRYER AND AN OVEN WITH A HEATER JUST LIKE OUR MACHINE CW643-FR at http://www.wigmachine.com/463fr_curl.htm

"SPIN-DRYING & HOT-HAIR OVEN DRYING" MAKES BETTER AND BETTER COATING EFFECT.

STEP-4. Then, you put (place) the slightly wet hair (after spin-drying) in an oven.
And, set the temperature at 75℃ (80℃).

[<] Or, you can set it at 60 degree for 1 or 2 hours at the beginning, and after then (rough drying) re-set it at 80℃ for 2 or more hours (until hair is fully dried). That is, at the beginning the temperature will be your room temperature, and then 40 -> 50 -> 60℃, and after re-setting, it will become 70 -> 80℃, and cool it down for hours or overnight. [>]

The drying time depends on hair amount, water amount, etc. )

IF YOU HAVE PRE-TIPPED HAIR-EXTENSIONS SUCH AS I-TIPS STICK HAIR), U-TIPS (NAIL HAIR), V-TIPS, FLAT-TIPS CONDITIONED (TREATED) WITH OUR HAIRCOAT, PLEASE CHECK IF THE GLUE-TIP MAY BE MELTED AT THE DRYING TEMPERATURE.

THERE SHOULD BE A SMALL SPACE (OPENING, GAP) ON THE OVEN WHICH VAPOR, MOISTURE FROM WET HAIR CAN VAPORIZE AWAY THROUGH WHILE BEING DRIED WITH HEAT.
OTHERWISE, THE WET HAIR WILL BE STEAMED OR BOILED, NOT DIRED WELL.

THE NECESSARY DRYING TIME IS 2 HOUR (??) AS MINIMUM IN CASE YOU HAVE (ABOUT 80% OF) CHEMICAL SOLUTION REMOVED WITH A SPIN-DRYING MACHINE.

IN CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE A SPIN-DRYING MACHINE (CW466-H), BUT AN OVEN, PLEASE SQUEEZE OFF THE HairCoat SOLUTION WITH HANDS, AND PLACE THE WET HAIR ON TRAY WITH MANY SMALL(5 MM IN DIA METER, EACH 5 MM FAR FROM HOLES, AND PUT THE TRAY INTO THE OVEN.

THE DRYING TIME CAN BE 3 ~ 5 HOURS, OR OVERNGIGHT (10 HOURS) - UNTIL YOU FEEL THE HAIR HAS BEEN DRIED FULLY.

MEANWHILE, WHEN YOU DRY SYNTHETIC FIBER-PIECES AFTER APPLYING THE HAIRCOAT CW7892-FR-GN, CW7895-FR-KK, OR CW7899-FR-PO, PLEASE USE HEAT ( if you can use an oven, or heat for drying) AT AROUND 40 ~ 50℃.

SOME OF SYNTHETIC FIBERS CAN BE CHANGED IN QUALITY OR DAMAGED AT 70, 80, OR 90℃.

YOU SHOULD HAVE TESTS ON THE FIBER OF YOUR WIGS OR HAIR EXTENSIONS BEFORE YOU USE HIGH TEMPERATURE OF HEAT FOR DRYING.

OF COURSE, IF YOU CAN BE SURE THE FIBER OF YOUR WIGS OR HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE MADE OF HEAT RESISTANT FIBER, YOU CAN USE 80 DEGREE C OF HOT AIR OR HEAT.
